We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our . As an E-commerce Assistant specializing in dental products, you will be responsible for supporting the management and growth of our e-commerce platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store, managing product listings, assisting with customer inquiries, and optimizing the online shopping experience for our dental professional and consumer customers.

About the Role:

This role is at the heart of the company and is heavily involved with the day-to-day engagement of consumers. You’ll be responding to queries across platforms such as inbound calls, Social media and email. You will be the first point of contact for escalations pertaining to faults/ delayed delivery/ damaged goods. You’ll need to log all customer escalations and resends, Issue DOR forms to customers and actively follow up with couriers for resolutions on ongoing escalations.

You will look after a wide variety of tasks and will need the ability to adapt and flex to new challenges. Day to day responsibilities include:
• Providing support to TikTok lives and Instagram livestreams. Monitoring trends and providing guidance to live streamers.
• Weekly TikTok Shop fulfilment - Investigate any orders that have not been successfully delivered.
• Live Chat and customer enquiry responses.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders. Log all dispatched orders and schedule courier collection.
• Implement a strong CRM journey from awareness to consideration to retention to loyalty and actively drive positive reviews.
• Adhoc admin support.

This role requires someone who:
• Is highly computer-literate, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Excellent customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to use initiative to make logical decisions
• Ability to act quickly to last-minute requests and changes
• Able to work autonomously.
• Preferred experience working with retail eCommerce platforms.
