This time, we’d like to expand our team with a talented IT Project Manager who will help us deliver exceptional products.

• Communicating with clients and assessing their business needs
• Estimating required resources... and breaking down projects into deliverable parts (Story)
• Preparing and implementing project plans, including budget management and resource allocation
• Preparing project requirements and writing functional specifications in collaboration with lead developers
• Managing IT projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning to implementation and closure, in line with the company's project management framework
• Leading and motivating project teams
• Identifying and supervising decision points, preparing decisions
• Regular reporting on project progress to the sponsor community and IT managers

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management
• Previous experience working with web-based and mobile products
• The ability to manage complex projects simply and efficiently
• English professional level AND Hungarian native or close to native level
• Experience in working effectively with business and technical professionals
• Ability to convert complex requirements into concrete, actionable software development tasks
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish
• Self-motivated individual who isn't afraid to take ownership and initiative

Nice to have:
• Experience in Business Analyst tasks
• Project experience in accounting, invoicing
• Experience in a large corporate environment
