How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager, Ad Sales will oversee the development of a new space for relationships and... partnership with public and private advertisers to push the strategic agenda and the sale of TWDC's multi-product offer. The challenge will be to navigate within multiple areas of our company to promote the format and align the needs of all parties.

The Manager Digital Ad Sales will be responsible for:
• Managing negotiations and monitoring accounts portfolio mainly focused on Advertisers, Media Agencies, and in-company Clients.
• Recommend and advice on multiplatform products, systems and appropriate formats to customers, commercial executives for all digital platforms including websites, social media, apps, streaming, programmatic deals, and audio/visual platforms.
• Develop strategic digital proposals including campaign’s KPIs recommendations and budget aligned to the customer’s objectives.
• Elaborate presentations and deliver commercial proposals for the different digital and standard contents and formats.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns to achieve company’s KPIs.
• Keep track of key streaming and digital consumption metrics for special products, key properties, and Tier 1 Clients.
• Ability to understand and analyze weekly reports as well as performance metrics to allow data-driven decisions and maximize results.
• Monitor and reviews campaigns to ensure proper pacing and performance.
• Provide superior client service.
• Identifying and escalating troubleshooting
• Align to policies, procedures and meet business plans for the area.
• Bring effort to the constant improvement and development of new commercial opportunities and business growth.

What we need from you to be part of this story:
• 4+ years of experience working in digital media industry.
• Experience in leading and generating new business, monitoring and growing accounts.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams.
• Proven knowledge on programmatic advertising.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in working in all advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, including but not limited to: Google Ad Manager, Tableau, Salesforce, etc
• Self-motivated and extremely well organized
• Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships.
• Ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time.
