In your role as Verification and Validation Engineer (m/f/d) you ensure an independent product qualification. You are responsible to define a test strategy, perform the test planning and tracking as well as providing the test and qualification report

• Definition of qualification test strategy regarding design and product validation (DV&PV) for each project
• Develop a qualification test strategy to ensure product reliability in the field
• Budget and time planning of qualification tests / activities ensure coverage of all requirements. Negotiation of test procedure and scope with customer and project team
• Test planning: Planning of necessary equipment, tools and lab resources, definition of test parameter
• Test coordination: Coordination of laboratories. Continuous tracking and reporting of test activities to the project-team and customers
• Test documentation: Create qualification test specification and qualification test report
• Requalification plan: Definition of requalification strategy if needed
• Reliability prediction: Definition of reliability objectives. Identification of potential reliability risk. Planning, coordination and reporting of reliability activities

• Master's degree of engineering, physics, mechanics, electrical engineering/electronics or comparable
• 3-5 years practical proven experience with testing processes and documentation in an electronical and mechanical environment in automotive sector is a must
• Very good Project-management-skills
• Strong communication skills and persuasive skills on a technical or business level, as well as a confident demeanor, structured and independent way of working and customer affinity
• Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
