Key Responsibilities: El Técnico de Monitoreo tiene la responsabilidad de implementar procesos de Monitoreo en el Proyecto THRIVE en el territorio asignado, de acuerdo a lineamientos, estándares y principios organizacionales que permitan establecer el avance programático, y los cambios producidos por la implementación del proyecto. Educación: Formación universitaria en Ciencias Sociales, Ciencias Económicas, Informática u otras carreras afines. Formación en métodos y técnicas de investigación (es un plus) Habilidades técnicas: Dominio de técnicas de recopilación y análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos... Competente en la elaboración de informes de gestión Manejo competente de Kobo Collect u ODK para la digitalización de cuestionarios (Es un plus) Manejo Competente de Microsoft Power BI (Es un plus) Manejo de metodologías y técnicas para procesos de planificación y monitoreo con modelos lógicos (Es un plus) Manejo de metodologías y técnicas facilitación Planificación y monitoreo con enfoque de igualdad de género e inclusión social Conducir vehículo mecánico, con su respectiva licencia de conducir Experiencia: 1 año como mínimo en posiciones de monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos o 3 años como técnico en proyectos similares.
