• Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, recruiting talent, and maintaining client relationships
• Analyzes and interprets competitive data
• Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales employees to ensure qualified personnel are recruited
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
• Support the teams with other responsibility as required
• Weekly and Monthly Report to Manager
• Minimum 2 years experiences in related background.
• Most preferable Strong knowledge in construction steel material.
• Must be able... to communicate in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to use SAP ERP software.
• Possesses an understanding of effective customer relationships.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
