As a pivotal addition to our growth team, you will be the architect of our growth strategy, crafting campaigns that resonate deeply across the industry. You will document wins and losses and transform them into repeatable playbooks that we can use across the industry. We’re seeking not just a strategist but a hands-on achiever who thrives on crafting something from the ground up. • Planning and Execution: Craft comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for each client on a quarterly/seasonal basis, incorporating insights from channel experts across organic and paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
• all GTM projects using Notion, ensuring team alignment and timely updates of tasks and milestones.
• Development and Documentation: Regularly develop compelling copy for diverse marketing assets and document key learnings from campaigns in Notion to refine future strategies.
• and continuously update marketing playbooks to standardize best practices and enhance efficiency across clients.
• and Resource Management: Lead a team of freelancers, including designers, developers, and analytics experts, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• a growth-oriented team culture, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and a focused approach to prioritization.
• and Industry Engagement: Collaborate closely with customer success managers to clearly communicate GTM plans to clients and maintain relevance by staying updated on industry trends and specific client needs within the NIL sector.
• regular reports detailing client progress, forecasts, and strategic adjustments.
• and Optimization: Implement and oversee an experimentation framework to test new growth strategies across various channels, and develop tailored acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
• and evaluate new growth channels based on quantitative and qualitative data, formulating experiments to determine their potential scale or discontinuation.

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing
• and Strategic Proficiency: Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly toggle between strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
• with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, enabling informed decision-making and effective campaign tracking.
• and Technical Expertise: Strong capabilities in directing the design and development of engaging ad creatives and high-conversion landing pages.
