Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at NULLZEC. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through the development and execution of strategic business plans, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships. As a core member of the leadership team, the Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with senior-level stakeholders, leading negotiations, and driving revenue growth.

• Develop and... implement strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to enhance the company's market presence and competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure favourable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align business objectives and drive cohesive strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the cybersecurity industry.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic business plans, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
