Job Description:

Windstream Holdings, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a driven and hardworking Personal Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work from home and support the company's executives in various administrative tasks.

1. Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations.
3. Assist with email correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives.
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual events.
5. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
7. Assist with personal tasks, as needed.
8. Provide general administrative support to the executive team.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong organizational... skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
5. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
6. Proven negotiation and research skills.
7. Experience with time management and prioritization.
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
