Partner Solutions Architect, End User Computing - EUC Division of
Broadcom
As you join End User Computing, you will help grow a division of Broadcom that makes
meaningful and significant enterprise solutions to empower employees to do their best work
from anywhere, through smart, seamless, and secure experiences.
Position Summary:
The End User Computing Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) will scale partner success through
practice development and activation efforts. This PSA opportunity is dedicated to Broadcom's
End User Computing division, consisting of our Horizon and Workspace One products. This role
will focus on winning mindshare of partner CTOs, Practice Leaders, Solution Architects and
Delivery resources to positively influence capacity, capability and deployment associated with
end user computing.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Key outcomes of this role are as follows:
• Market differentiated solution offerings through the assigned partner(s).
• Increased... partner capability and capacity through net new certifications, accreditation,
and competencies.
• Successful partner deployments and engagements with mutual customers.
Responsibilities:
• Strong technical depth with Horizon and Workspace One platforms.
• Ability to build actionable relationships with the partners' technical leaders.
• Proven engagement with the partners to build and execute a practice development plan-
accelerating accreditation and certifications.
• Design mechanisms to track a partner's successful services development and execution
with their customers and maintain a cadence for communication on the progress,
execution, and escalation of any issues to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Establish Joint-Enablement Plans across partner organization and EUC division to
execute on Joint-Business Plan Goals that drive growth in net-new and existing business
expansion across platforms.
• Lead Partner of Record initiatives to lead partner-led customer success practices post
deployments.
• Assist in Executive Alignments and planning on a quarterly and annual cadence.
• Drive attendance and participation in EUC-led conferences and events.
• Organize, along with Partner Business Managers, spotlight sessions showcasing
partners' EUC practice internally to EUC Field Sales Leadership and Teams.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of Partner or Solutions Architect experience with significant depth around
designing, implementing, and managing critical cross-functional integration projects.
• Experience in evangelizing and demonstrating EUC solutions.
• Experienced and credible C-suite advisor with strong customer/partner relationship-
building skills
• Demonstrated experience in evangelizing new product / solution technologies at or
before market introduction.
• Demonstrated ability to provide impactful knowledge exchange through mentoring,
workshops, partner engagements and official training forums.
• Demonstrated technical community leadership in capturing, developing, and sharing IP
with the community at large as well as specific individuals to raise competencies.
• Ability to see & present "the big picture" through strong listening & question-based
selling skills.
• Design and implementation of remote access and virtualization solutions
• Ability to uncover business challenges & recommend solutions to solve those
challenges.
• Strong communication skills working in a matrix environment alongside partner sales,
operations, programs, marketing, product management and ecosystem teams.
• The successful candidate should expect to work flexible hours including being able to
travel approx. 25-50% the time.
Preferred Skills:
• Direct experience in Horizon and Workspace One project design and implementation
• Scope and design of managed services delivery for EUC solutions
• Delivery and collaboration of Executive Partner Advisory Board meetings
• Knowledge navigating large strategic partnerships (ie. Telecommunications Providers,
Original Equipment Manufactures, and Systems Integrators)
