about the role

Purpose of the role

In the context of creating a new entity France Operations, the Head of Delivery Indian Ocean will lead a large organization (400+) providing top class end to end business solutions for 3000+ customers (Large accounts and SMEs)

In this purpose, the Head of Delivery will:
• Supervise and manage the delivery of projects and services to customers.
• Develop and implement effective delivery strategies, plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with all GDO delivery teams and customer teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Oversee and manage the performance of the delivery team, and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development to improve the team's skills, knowledge and performance.
• Establish, track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics to evaluate and... improve delivery effectiveness, efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and success.
• Develop and manage delivery budgets, forecasts, spending plans and financial reports to ensure effective financial management and optimal use of delivery resources.
• Identify, assess, manage and mitigate potential delivery risks and issues, and develop and implement delivery risk and issue management plans to minimize negative impact on delivery success.
• Keep abreast of trends, developments, best practices and innovations in the delivery field, and apply acquired knowledge and skills to improve effectiveness, efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Carry out the transformation and the piloting of the delivery activities following the operational model of customer segmentation (Large accounts and SMEs …) in Mauritius and Madagascar

• Manage budget & workforce to ensure compliance with respective objectives & targets
• People Management – Direct management of up to 10 direct reports and 400+ individual contributors within France operations , and matrix management of other Orange Business Operations teams & stakeholders
• Adapting to changing business needs and market dynamics

about you

Skills and experience
• Advanced degree in business administration, business management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in operational leadership roles, including at least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
• Excellent leadership, team management and staff development skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically, holistically and long-term, and make informed, sound, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in driving offshoring programs in multi cultural environment
• Result-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and French and willingness to travel frequently, when applicable
