Main duties:
• Order management ( order actions like cancelling, refunding , resending for actions either in mass or for one order )
• Order flow ( rule configuration , stuck message, mass actions etc )
• Stocks ( stocks discrepancies analysis )
• Account management
• Access management
• Customer management

Skills required:
• Strong e commerce knowledge ( order flow, payment flow , systems – PSP, ERP, OMS, Stock and Inventory, Prices, rules, discounts, etc )
• Magento Knowledge ( BO skills, Rules, cache, index, global structure )
• Server / Client, IT skills
• Complex technical flow understanding
