As a Recruiter you will be involved in the talent acquisition strategy, execution and end-to-end recruitment for positions in your area. Having an in-depth understanding of our business and clients is key to the success of our talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities
• Working with Capacity and the Talent Acquisition Head to define priorities
• Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates
• Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process
• Facilitate debriefs and enable fair and structured decision making
• Be a true consultative partner to both internal and external stakeholders
• Build and grow a network of potential candidates in the DACH region
• Actively build advanced sourcing strategies to find, attract and engage top talent
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to summarise candidates' capabilities, aspirations and drivers
• Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey
• Foster strong... relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and onboarding
