The primary duty of the Restaurant General Manager is to ensure the successful functioning of a diverse venue encompassing a restaurant, bar, beach, retail, and club. Serving as the most senior manager within the property management team, the General Manager oversees various key roles, including the Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, Head Chef, Retail Manager, Dining Room Supervisor, Restaurant Managers, and Entertainment Teams.

Education And Experience
• Five to ten years... of experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage establishment.
• Senior management experience in Food and Beverage.
• A well-balanced combination of education and practical experience.
• Advanced culinary/hospitality degree or equivalent.
• Health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness certification.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements for this job are as follows:
• Regularly sit, talk, or listen; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently stand and walk; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds may be required.
