We are looking out for Asst Manager - Finance ( CA Inter Qualified)for our client office at Guindy in Chennai.

Role: Asst Manager - Finance

Qualification: CA Inter Qualified

Joining: Maximum 15 days

Experience: 5- 9 years of relevant experience post CA interv with companies in Fintech/ Media/ education/ logistics/ Payment platforms/ advertising or similar service based organizations of repute

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US:
• Complete end to end Finance and Accounts management of FA Operations.

The Main Responsibilities Are

Accounts Receivable management including:
• Revenue recognition
• Customer account recons
• Ensure no revenue leakages
• Timely billings to customers with no revenue leakages

Accounts Payable Management
• Monthly vendor account reconciliation for A category vendors and Quarterly account recons for other vendors
• Adherence to the Payment TAT
• Statutory payment local law compliances
• Ensure all provisions and ageing of provisions are tracked

GL Management And Reporting
• Reporting to APAC
• Timely closure of per target date (WD+4)
• Statutory and Internal audit management

Monthly Revenue MIS for India and APAC management for effective decision making:
• Take lead in working with business managers and be an enabler

On a Monthly Basis
• GL review
• Balance Sheet and Schedules review
• Own various SOP/DTP and work in cross functional teams
• Business support
• Strategic decision making
• Policy decisions
• Cross Functional team
• Tactical decision making
• Interaction with Internal customers in India/APAC
• Interaction with External customers etc.

Requirements

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU:
• 2-5 years' work experience
• Chartered Accountant
• Good understanding of IFRS/IGAAP
• Support Revenue budget Reporting
• MS office including Good Excel power point skill sets.
• Hands on knowledge of ERP systems
• Analytical blend of mind
• Teamwork
• Management by exceptions
• Good communication skills (Imperative)
