Role Brief

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and implement marketing initiatives to build brand... awareness and support overall business objectives. Coordinating wider cross-functional activities and streamlining digital planning processes, managing timelines, and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables. This is an in-person office-based role in Livingston, Scotland.

Responsibilities

· Work with the Marketing Manager to create and shape the overall marketing strategy.

· Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking of departmental/regional co-op spend.

· Support other members of the team with marketing campaign planning including creative brainstorming, idea generation, objective setting, and user journey identification.

· Manage the optimisation of a variety of digital channels such as website, emails, SEO, SEM, social media, and other content marketing avenues to maximise campaign reach, engagement, and lead generation.

· Performance, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other projects using various tools and metrics, including GA4, HubSpot, Dash This and other platforms.

· Liasing with external agencies to support the development of new brand websites.

· Work alongside Marketing Manager to plan and implement an effective SEO strategy.

· PPC support – testing, planning and optimisation of paid social media campaigns alongside.

· Market research, including identifying industry trends, and monitoring competitor activities to inform and optimise the departments marketing tactics.

· Develop strong relationships with other teams, distributors, and third-party suppliers.

· Line management responsibilities.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of appropriate experience within a marketing communications/digital marketing role.

· Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role is preferred.

· Marketing qualification (Degree or CIM qualified).

· Solid understanding of various marketing channels and tools (i.e. email, PPC, SEO, social media, Google Analytics GA4, CMS platforms etc.) and marketing KPIs.

· Confident communicator and strong organisational skills

· Creative mindset

· Hands-on/can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus

Education: Degree or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
• Marketing (digital): 4+ years (preferred)
• Leadership/Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
• Right to work in UK (required)
