From small beginnings, as an entertainment-focused digital agency just under ten years ago, Circulate has progressed to become an award-winning, internationally-focused digital marketing agency.

From Ibiza to Tokyo, our outlook from the start was global. Due to recent phenomenal growth through the addition of several new international clients and the expansion of our agency services, we are on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Manager who will fit right in with our eclectic, high-performance crew, and help drive Circulate to even greater heights.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Creating, sourcing and developing digital content.
• Managing workflow in a fast-moving, and target-driven environment across multiple clients.
• Overseeing copy and content creation across social platforms for our clients. Coordinating with the project and design team when necessary for digital content creation.
• Gathering social media data and analytics to provide concise... reports, and evaluate the performance based on agreed KPIs.
• Creating monthly paid social media advertising plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube.
• Ideate and execute hero social media campaigns for key client moments to supplement ongoing social media content.
• To continuously innovate social content to establish and keep up with the latest trends.
• Client-facing communication daily.

The right candidate for Circulate will have:
• A passion for social media, in all forms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube etc.
• 3-4 years experience in a digital agency in a client-facing role.
• A demonstrable ability to identify attributes that make content shareable and the traits that make it better suited to a certain platform.
• Ability to plan, create and implement digital media content with strong attention to detail.
• Creative copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various clients and their tone of voice.
• A comprehensive knowledge of social media advertising platforms and the ability to execute paid social media campaigns.
• Ability to think creatively and act swiftly.
• Ability to measure the impact of content and drive improvements based on results.
• Experience with native and 3rd party analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
