Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: London/Bristol (fully remote)
Company: Planning Consultancy
Experience: 3 years minimum
We are working with a private consultancy who are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their team; they have offices in both London and Bristol however offer fully remote working other than one team meeting in their London office once a month. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of town planning experience, ideally being chartered and hold a full UK driving license.
Requirements:
·Minimum 3 years experience across both the private and public sectors.
·RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or other related field.
·Full RTPI membership or equivalent is desired
·Valid driving license
·Ability to work independently from home
Responsibilities:
·Lead planning projects from start to finish.
·Prepare and submit planning applications.
·Engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
·Stay updated on planning policies.
Salary:
Competitive... dependent on experience with a performance bonus.
