Attributes required:
• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of experience in Consumer Public Relations and a proven track record in conceiving and executing creative brand campaigns.
• We are looking for a confident, creative, and highly capable communications professional with a strong track record of successful consumer PR campaigns.
• The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the media and influencer landscape in Ireland and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects across various consumer clients simultaneously.
• We seek someone who can bring creative ideas to the forefront and consistently deliver outstanding work and client service.
• Experience in developing and executing Consumer brand strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Excellent account management and interpersonal skills, along with strong business development acumen.
• Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to independently manage projects with sound judgment.
• Active involvement in the new business development of the company, including growing existing clients and securing new ones.
• Proficiency in event management and content creation/copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Oversee day-to-day client account activities, including media monitoring, content creation, event coordination, and project management. Understand and align with the agency's communication plans and client objectives. Execute media relations campaigns, implement PR activity measurements, and act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal/external audiences. Maintain strong client relationships, leverage available resources, and stay informed about PR tools and other account teams.
• Writing and Communication: Demonstrate strong writing skills for various PR materials, including PR programs, contact reports, news releases, and case histories. Maintain up-to-date media lists and contacts. Manage events such as photocalls, press conferences, and media tours.
• Research and Analysis: Utilize internal and external research capabilities to provide in-depth and thoughtful analyses. Leverage knowledge of various media formats and emerging trends to enhance client programs.
• Crisis/Issues Management: Provide support in crisis/issue management, ensuring contact information and holding statements are up-to-date for clients.
• Financial/Administrative: Apply budget understanding, manage billing, oversee activity reporting, complete daily timesheets, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Business Development: Contribute to the development and presentation of new business programs. Conceptualize program strategies and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts or pursue new business.
• Initiative and General Management: Balance workloads, communicate effectively with team members, and identify opportunities for enhancing contributions to the account and team. Operate with independence and sound judgment, proactively address issues, and manage agency and client resources efficiently.
• Professional & Personal Development: Demonstrate the agency's work ethic and values in day-to-day behaviour. Take initiative to improve skills and knowledge, work with managers on training and skill-building, and effectively delegate tasks.
