Title: Associate Materials Planner...

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Hybrid in the office 2 days a week.

Salary: 22.00 - 26.00

The Associates Materials Planner is an essential communications bridge between several cross-functional areas including production, transportation, inventory, IT, customer service and sales. The Supply Chain Coordinator must coordinate activities between multiple departments to make sure deadlines are both reasonable and met on time. The Supply Chain Coordinator should possess a sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, and transportation.

• Performs special projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Work in alignment with other Materials Planning Team to execute production, procurement, and replenishment plan.
• Review and maintain KPI goals.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
• Liaising with operations, manufacturing, and purchasing.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
• Proficient use of Microsoft office products, Outlook, Excel and Navision, and knowledge of working with an ERP system.
• Experience working cross-functionally across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical and mental requirements needed for this position: Required to sit for extended periods of time.
