**Tampico Beverages, a growing multi-national company with corporate offices in Chicago, has an immediate opportunity for Business Consultant in Colombia

• The Business Development Consultant Colombia is responsible for creating and leading strategies for the company's business in Colombia with a strong focus on accelerating volume growth and market share through the creation and implementation of sales and marketing plans. This position identifies, qualifies and launches new bottlers in the region. They directly manage and forms close relationships with CEO's, General Managers, Marketing, Sales and Production managers of the bottling network including their distributors. This position manages all administrative and operational support in the region and will report to the leader of the responsible region.

• Manage strategic... partnerships/relations with our regional bottlers and their distributors, Key accounts and Wholesalers
• Negotiate and establish annual performance criteria including volume and distribution goals, retail pricing, and sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop long term strategic objectives, including planning accurate forecasts and focusing on executing value driving initiatives, particularly at retail
• Manage sales promotional budget and work with the Marketing Department to establish a marketing budget for the country
• Formalize a quarterly business review process designed to track progress of set performance criteria and align the bottlers with the company's business objectives for the country
• Identify and qualify potential new business partners to grow our brand presence in the region and collaborate with internal legal department to negotiate renewals as well as coordinate the execution of all regulatory registrations in the country of operation

• 35 years of sales experience in Consumer Goods industry (Beverage Preferred) and experience displaying dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate third party sales teams is preferred
• Entrepreneurial, solutionoriented, strategic mindset to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability
• Financial and Analytical Abilities
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to travel 50% of the time locally and seldom international travel.
• Bachelor's Degree-Required; Master's Preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office Experience
• Must currently reside in Bogota, Colombia.
