Nature of work
• Processing and administration of personnel documents;
• Implementation of employee search, selection and recruitment processes;
• Execution of control of work time sheets and work schedules (summary work time accounting);
• Organization and supervision of office activities;
• Preparation and management of documents;
• Information management and transfer to responsible employees;
• Receiving incoming calls, letters, documents, directing them to responsible employees, providing information to interested parties;
• Providing the office with the necessary work tools;
• Helping other departments, deputizing colleagues;
• Other administrative and organizational tasks.

Working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Place of work: Marijonų st. 27, Panevėžys

Employee requirements
• Higher Education;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
• Knowing how to work with the accounting program "Rivilė" - an advantage;
• At least 1 year of... successful work experience in the personnel field;
• knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs);
• Very good communication and organizational skills, time planning skills;
• Organization, ability to promptly perform many different tasks;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Responsibility, duty, logical thinking.
