The Marketing Analyst is an integral part of L. Maxwell Global team. Working closely with the internal team, Consultants and the external client base, this Analyst will operate as a thought partner and will be responsible for providing high quality, thorough marketing materials internally and in response to new business requests and search assignments.

This candidate will be responsible for... supporting pitch and search strategies by producing marketing materials and reports related to active searches, internal meetings, and new business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials and collateral.
• Maintain brand guidelines with respect to internal and external reports, templates, and other materials.
• Create customer specific and event specific marketing materials as needed.
• Create marketing materials to support business development initiatives and work with business development team on marketing communication strategies.
• Manage L. Maxwell Global digital presence and engagement on all social media platforms.
• Create dynamic and engaging content for all digital platforms while ensuring that the content is optimized for client engagement and lead prospecting and conversion.
• Assist in identifying and supporting networking, speaking, conference and event sponsorship opportunities aligned with company business development plan.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs, pitches and proposals, including drafting initial RFP responses and related materials.
• Attend conferences, potential customer meetings, and other events as needed.
• Provide input and recommendations on marketing programs and marketing budget resources.
• Conduct market research and analysis related to competitive landscape, market trends, and business development.
• Uncover insights and make recommendations based off analysis and research.
• Distill complex marketing analysis into clear, simple presentations.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing initiatives.
• Assist in serving as a knowledge-base for all marketing efforts and resource allocation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
