The Role

You Will Be Responsible For
• Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and setting clear goals and objectives in alignment with the company's overall mission and vision.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and email marketing aimed at reaching the target audience and driving leads or sales.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, ensuring that the marketing budget is used efficiently and effectively across different marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to make informed decisions, adapt strategies, and identify opportunities and threats.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and analytics tools to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the return on investment (ROI) and make data-driven decisions for optimizing marketing strategies.
• Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team works cohesively to achieve marketing objectives.

Ideal Profile
• Sensitive to current market trends in social media channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising; someone who follows sports-related news is an added advantage.
• Creativity in campaign development and problem-solving, with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Competence in allocating and managing the marketing budget efficiently across various channels and campaigns with a business-driven mindset.
• Highly observant and curious on acquisition and retention methods.
• Possesses commercial awareness and data driven, highly sensitive to numbers.
• Skill in managing marketing projects and campaigns to meet deadlines and objectives.
