We are a globally footprinted company in the online advertising and traffic management industry, actively shaping the iGaming sector. Currently, we are seeking to recruit a People Generalist.

With increased responsibilities compared to most, the People team is in charge of the entire human resources cycle, recruitment, well-being, office management, facilities, and, above all, supporting the management of over 300 employees. We are a group of professionals with diverse backgrounds, fostering a highly heterogeneous environment.

The People Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. This role requires a versatile professional with a broad understanding of HR functions and the ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.


• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing... concerns and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

• Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring teams.

• Assist in the coordination of training and development programs, including compliance training and leadership development.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas for process improvement and supporting the implementation of new HR programs


• A dynamic professional who wants to work in a young company with classic structures.

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a broad understanding of HR functions

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Someone with an interest in continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of best practices in HR.
