InvoZone is looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager for its fast growing business.

• Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, with a focus on information security requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define... project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with relevant security standards.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating information security risks associated with projects and support the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient information exchange.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential deviations from the plan, taking appropriate actions to address them.
• Assist in the management of project budgets, resources, and timelines, considering security-related constraints and requirements.
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices, including change management and quality assurance.
• Participate in project-related meetings, offering input and support as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering.
• At least 2+ years of experience in project management or related technical roles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
