Secretary/Office Administrator

Key Accountabilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• All task must be completed efficiently and accurately within time given. E.g. Invoice processing within or less than 2 working days
• Establish working relationship and coordinate with key stakeholders to complete tasks.
• Able to learn and use necessary program to complete daily task i.e. SAP, Endur.

Requirements:
• Any Secretarial, Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
• Some relevant working experience as Office Administrator
