Job Scope
• Lead and oversee smooth supply chain and logistics activities.
• Monitor and control inventory management activities for optimized order fulfilment to end customers, including resolving tactfully urgent shipments to ensure on-time delivery with minimal business disruption or negative impacts.
• Continuous review of storage capacity, space planning & delivery cost efficiency for warehouse management.
• Collaborate with logistics technology firms to bring cost savings and efficiency to clients for last mile deliveries
• Define, review and revise the SOP, work flow and procedure manual for logistics to look for best practices and streamlining of processes.
• Execute process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance workflows for logistics.
• Monitor IPPC risk compliance and provide internal training, reporting and prepare/submit external regulatory filings.
• Lead and... oversee middle office operations.
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams for smooth daily operations and other ad-hoc task projects.
