Job Summary:
To manage sales of different IT solutions to existing account clients and identify further sales opportunities within the accounts, build new account clients, manage customer satisfaction and retention.

• Selling IT products and solution
• Manage special projects and key accounts/ clients
• Manage proposals and tenders for assigned accounts
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Business forecasting
• Reporting on account activities and strategy
• Collaborate with... sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Training, development and certification
• And any other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related fields
• Must have recent experience in selling IT or related solutions
• Proven experience in sales account management
• Excellent customer service and sales support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
