Job Description

The position will work to support the communication and marketing needs of our clients. Assisting in developing necessary strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/agency goal achievement. Gathering, organizing and analyzing key data-- synthesizing for communication purposes. Writing and building clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and other client, communication materials for a variety of audiences. Updating and maintaining status reports, spreadsheets and other tracking documents. Fostering and maintaining strong client and team relationships. Attending and participating, as needed, in internal and external meetings, updating the internal database with works, timing and costs.

• Bachelor degree level
• Italian mother thongue + Fluent English, any other language is a plus
• 2+years agency account management experience international coordination, global client preferred
• Strategic mindset and analytical thinker
• Proven... relationship-building skills
• A good knowledge of internet and Microsoft Office, particularly within Excel and PowerPoint
• Team worker, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
• Interest/passion for marketing
• A self-starter that works independently
