• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality of project.

• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

• Assess solutions proposed by any third party appointed project vendor to be robust and meet project requirements

• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

• Technical expertise and know-how to challenge and evaluate if the proposed solutions can meet the end goal objectives

• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

• Manage contractors/vendors and research project teams’ onsite activities; ensure no conflict... of activities, administer site access pass application/approval, handle procurement and support for project requirements

• Performs other related duties as assigned.


• Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field.

• At least 5 to 8 years of related project experience

• Organized with attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.

• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.

• Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite or related software.

• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.

• Positive attitude, ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Track record in successful delivery of projects in any of the following sectors – Commercial, Healthcare and Finance & Banking

• Experience in managing a multi-vendor environment

• Knowledge and experience in technical services delivery and management, preferably ITIL or COMIT certified

• Knowledge and relevant experience in implementing and leading large scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the area of Workplace, Cloud Compute, Network and Security infrastructure

• Project Management Certifications such as CITPM or PMP or Agile related certification such as Certified Scrum Master is advantageous.

• Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity is an added advantage

• Familiar with software tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
