Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to help make the People experience the best yet! You will lead the People Function in various tasks and functions. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Oversee employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development... planning.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, incentives, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Manage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred
