Job Description : Based in our Gibraltar office and reporting to the C.O.O of our B2C business, we are currently seeking a Head of Online Risk and Payments to... join our growing team. In addition, you'll be working with strategic partners in Latin America and will be required to travel once a quarter to visit them. Monitoring and improving conversion rates and chargeback ratio’s , plus chargeback representments To minimize fraud exposure by detecting fraudulent customers and patterns Reviewing deposits and withdrawals to mitigate against financial loss To be a key decision-maker in complex or challenging investigations, ensuring any potential risk to the business is mitigated effectively and swiftly To be always reactive and ensure errors and bugs in the system are identified, prioritized, and reported to the respective project management/technical teams effectively To monitor active bonus campaigns and their vulnerabilities assuring that they do not manifest into business losses through diligent oversight of the customer base To reduce inbound contacts from customers through improved quality in communication, processed, resource planning and system usage Managing onboarding and KYC of new customers To identify and prevent players from risk addiction and act according to agreed procedures when needed Recruit, train and lead a cohesive and high-performance team of professionals Collaborate with other departments including customer service, product, compliance, and marketing to ensure customers continually receive the best experience Research new payment methods and fraud technologies and provide valuable input into the roadmap Implement KPI’s to ensure maximum operational efficiency and a continual high performance across the department Qualifications To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills/experience: experience across risk, payments, and fraud in online gambling industry management experience leading a large remote operational team Strong knowledge of gambling compliance including RG, AML and KYC Analytical capabilities with advanced Excel Good understanding in fraud patterns, risk and compliance systems A can-do attitude with flexible approach and willingness to meet challenging deadlines Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent interpersonal, leadership & communication skills Fluent in English and Spanish both writing and speaking (essential) Additional Information We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme, private medical insurance, many job perks as well as a fantastic team culture.
