What You will be Doing

Monitor the production of promotional materials including in-store POSM, print ads, leaflets, etc.

Measure and analyze various aspects of O2O performance

Drive strategic plans to increase awareness and improve PNL of O2O shops

Work closely with in-house stakeholders including sales team, buying team, project team, operation team, IT team etc. to achieve KPI

Participate in system and workflow development and enhancement

Who is Our Right Fit

Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ e-Commence/ Business or related disciplines

5-8 years relevant experience in the field of marketing, e-Commerce, FMCG or retail industry

Familiar with data structure or data analysis is an advantage

Detail-minded, strong analytical thinking, self-motivated and responsible

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Able to excel in fact-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Creative with strong marketing sense and business acumen

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
