RESTAURANT MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities ;
• Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations.
• Monitor all the processes involved in production.
• Make sure the team provides excellent customer service.
• Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints.
• Have full operational knowledge of all menus, standards, and portion sizes.
• Recruiting and training staff
• Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
• Ensure food prepared is of the highest possible standards.
• Dealing with food complaints efficiently.
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
• Coach, mentor and motivate the teams to achieve amazing results and delegates tasks.

Salary: 28,000 per Annum

Skills/Experiences/Qualifications ;
• Have at least 5 years experience working in a similar role
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Having great verbal communication skills to provide a... great customer service.
• The ability to move at a fast, steady pace, without distraction, is critical.
• Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
• Organising staff shifts and scheduling.
• Ability to work on flexible shifts.
• Maintaining safe working conditions.
• Good mathematical skills to handle money.
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained.
• Flexible to work on evening shifts and weekend shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
