Job Description
In the Digital Sales Executive position, your core goal will be to identify and qualify high potential client opportunities to partner Direct Agents. The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for pipeline management, lead generation, and driving revenue through client calls and meetings. Our fast-pace sales team has an infectious drive to exceed individual and team revenue goals. The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, self-motivated, proven sales professional who can confidently represent our brand.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital media and advertising to enhance business opportunities
• Work directly in the field to research and find leads to build a strong sales pipeline
• Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis
• Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up... with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.
• Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels
• Engage in opportunities to excel in terms of career growth.

Desired Experience:
• 1-3 years of digital media sales experience
• Experience selling SEO is a huge bonus
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a digital media sales role.
• Able to work/learn in fast paced environment.
• Team player
• Kiswahili desirable

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
