Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with a renowned German company, a manufacturer of technical adhesive tapes, sealants, and butyl sealants which sells solutions for all sectors of industry, the construction industry, and the building trade. To support their drive to set a footprint in South Serbia and to help their business growth, we are searching for motivated candidates for the position of Senior Account Manager, based in Niš or surrounding areas.

Description of duties:
• Hands on responsibilities for the product sales
• Develops business relationships with customers in solving their specific requirements, and negotiating price adjustments
• Follows developments in foreign markets, participates in product developments in order to bring it closer to customers' requirements, and identifies the needs of future markets
• Directs sales activities by studying the existing and potential capacity of buyers
• Sends orders in accordance with the price lists and product catalogs
•... Supervises competition by collecting information about the current state of the market regarding price, product, new products, terms, sales techniques, etc.
• Proposes changes regarding products, services, and guidelines by performing an assessment of results and development of competition
• Resolves customer complaints by examining problems, and developing solutions;
• Creating various reports and giving suggestions to management

Job Requirements:
• Education: Civil engineer or wood technician, studied business administration or with a technical orientation (e.g. industrial engineer) with at least a bachelor's degree, or relevant experience
• Proven industrial experience in application technology in the fields of chemical technology/wood technology/construction industry
• Industry knowledge: Adhesive tape sales/trade or basic knowledge of at least one of the above-mentioned industries
• Languages: English (business fluent, at least comparable to B2), German (basic knowledge, at least comparable to B1), and other world languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Motivated and independent individual who has drive and hunger for sales
• Exceptional understanding of sales principles and practices
• Exceptional communication and highly developed interpersonal skills, to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
