Job Description

The purpose of the role is to improve, identify and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide high level customer care and operations support to Ria partners. Identify any tech or other issue of our partners, recommend solutions or escalate the same to internal departments for quick solution. The candidate will improve Ria response times and provide more personalized assistance to our partners. The candidate will gather real-time feedback from agents and customers, providing valuable insights into market trends and customer needs. Being on the street, physically present in the market, will allow us (from the back office) to get a better understanding of local competition and opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities
• Analyze data locally and regionally to identify potential customers, trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis of industry trends... competitors, and customer needs.
• Actively and successfully identify and resolve or escalate any issue of Ria partner.
• Training process and assistance where the partner is using web-based platform.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Enhance partners knowledge about Ria products.
• Reporting on partners' performance on weekly basis meeting established regional targets.
• Advise, identify and improve the visibility of Ria locations in the region according to our Marketing standards.
• Prepare and organize a monthly plan and reports to meet targets.

Qualifications
• Autonomous with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Serbian)
• Analytical, driven, proactive and problem solving.
• Proven track record in sales and account management, with a demonstrated ability to increase network expansion/volumes.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Serbian, English, (Albanian a plus
