We are looking for a creative and collaborative Project Manager to help provide best-of-class coaching and change management services to all levels of the client organization. In this role, the Project Manager must interact directly with our client’s front-line employees, interface with client management, build trusted relationships, and guide the change process. Our client is based in the Southern Sweden area and the project will be at least a 1-year duration, possibly... longer. The project requires you to work at the client’s site from Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing:
• Partner with our client to analyze, develop solutions and implement financial and cultural performance improvements
• Demonstrate competence, confidence, and flexibility in implementing RLG’s performance improvement techniques in a variety of client situations
• Orchestrate a results-focused, sustainable culture of continuous improvement

Candidates should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required (MBA is an asset)
• You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people from the shop floor to senior management
• 10+ years of proven leadership and coaching expertise
• Previous experience working in automotive, industrial or similar industry is preferred.
• Previous experience working in maintenance projects is a definite plus.
• Strong Microsoft skills for Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI a plus
• Project Management Professional training
• Expertise in Lean or Agile methodologies
• Experience in facilitation, change management, continuous improvement, and business coaching
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden.
