The Customer Success Architect is a domain expert within our Cloud product portfolios. We are looking for a passionate technical guide who has significant experience in delivering Cloud solutions to large enterprise organizations. Success Architects (SAs) are some of our most senior technical experts who provide proactive and reactive Architecture, Technology Strategy and Thought Leadership, and Product Technical expertise. SAs deliver advisory engagements to help enhance customer success and adoption, as well as minimize attrition risk. They partner with key collaborators & C-Level Executives at our largest, most sophisticated customers and build a network and community of customers delivering technical thought leadership and guidance. This is an IC (Individual contributor) role.

Responsibilities:

Be a trusted Cloud Domain Expert for the broader Success Architect organization
Engage with our Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for... technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to Marketing Cloud
Translate sophisticated technical concepts for audiences ranging from technical and business to executive partners
Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify creative solutions through customization.
Facilitate and influence Executive collaborators while aligning technology strategy to business value and return on investment
Develop and run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the outstanding needs and opportunities of Marketing Cloud customers
Build positive relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth

Role Requirements:

8 years of demonstrable experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in the MarTech space
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email/Mobile) AND one of: Marketing Cloud Personalization OR Marketing Cloud Intelligence OR Marketing Cloud Account Engagement OR similar product
Deep understanding of data modelling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement scripting languages (AmpScript, SSJS, GTL, WSProxy)
Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns
Exposure to Marketing Cloud Engagement Security capabilities and best practices
Superb communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally with multi-functional teams from Developer to Executive
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing, data-related, and AI technologies
Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
Values the importance of Data Ethics and Privacy by ensuring that customer solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy
Language requirements: English, Spanish and Portuguese proficiency is required.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds, Multi-cloud scenarios - Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing or Commerce
Salesforce certifications
Expertise with Salesforce’s technical architecture: APIs, Standard and Custom Objects, APEX
Familiar with Marketing / Personalization platforms
Experience with AI concepts
Knowledge of Data Management principles and experience with Customer Data Platforms or Data Lakes
Understanding of development tools including SLDS, XML, HTML, SQL, Javascript, JSON, and CSS
