We are looking for a highly skilled clinical trial professional with clinical trial management software usage experience to help us understand our users better.

The position we offer is Product Marketing Manager. Yes, it is a marketing position, but we do not require previous marketing experience.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Flex Databases, you are going to be at the forefront of our product portfolio development, which means daily work for the benefit of people around the world.

We are working globally with the clients all over the world, with our own offices located in Saint Petersburg, Prague, Lausanne and New Jersey.

Analytical mind and creativity, proven experience in product marketing or branding, English language proficiency and excellent writing skills are must-haves for this position. What is also important for us is your positive attitude, willingness to learn and be a supportive team player. In other words, your FLEXibility!

• Know the industry of clinical trials and understand IT systems value in clinical landscape or it least feel that it’s there – we will explain the details
• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
• Work closely with the development team to determine product priorities and roadmap based on market analyses
• Continuously monitor the market to identify new opportunities and gain competitive advantages
• Distill key functionality and features of the product into compelling marketing assets and advertising possibilities
• Explain benefits for the users
• Communicate with sales team to manage joint marketing/sales activities
• Work across company marketing to manage online marketing campaigns, events, SEO, web design and more with marketing team
• Deliver high-quality product-related content
• Help prepare public appearances such as exhibitions at trade shows, customer visits and training sessions
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
• Test marketing product features, releases and ads creatives
• Develop and manage promotion campaigns to drive product awareness and user engagement
• Responsible for demo site of the product being in order and reflecting best features
• Deliver demonstrations of the system to potential clients

Key goal – to take product marketing and product image to the next level and help company reach revenue goal by creating content and spreading the word.

• Fluent English is a must
• Proven experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Project Manager, QA, Senior CRA or similar roles
• Broad and deep understanding of how industry works
• Experience with clinical trial management software from a user perspective
• Creativity
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Fast learner is a must here since you’ll have to learn a lot
• Previous marketing experience is a nice to have but definitely not a must
