Hiring Condition: Permanent Job Description Provide the technical consultant via telephone / remote diagnosis / onsite support to help dealer’s technical fix the problem for customer follows Nissan standard. Collaborate with dealer technician upon request. Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree in ME, IE, Automotive or related engineering field. Experience in OEM business or Automotive supplier. Strong Technical skill and be able to analyze the root cause of problem and take proper action to fix customer car. Very good in analytical and problem-solving skill. Good understanding in THI dealer operation. Very good in communication skill for both THI and ENG. Positive mindset, good service mind and can-do attitude.
