Corporate Finance Officer », located in Paris... France.

Starting date:
as soon as possible

Your mission:

You will report directly to the CFO and support on strategic finance-related activities/projects. Your role will be key to help key decision stakeholders (decision-makers, Board) steer the growth of Lhyfe.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Work as a core team member to the finance team, actively participating in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Finance department
• Support business owners in developing business cases on new valuecreation opportunities
• Develop comprehensive financial models and reporting frameworks
• Assess areas of value creation/improvement and drive implementation
• Assess and lead M&A and growth projects
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive market and industry analysis
• Prepare presentations and reports to ExCo and Board of directors
• Lead _adhoc _strategic projects

Skills and requirements:

Graduated of a finance degree, you have a relevant experience (7 years at least) in corporate finance, investment banking, valuation or strategy & business development department from reputable companies (advisory firms, corporates, bulge brackets banks).

Your assets to succeed in this position:
• Strong financial modelling, presentation and writing skills
• Proven understanding of M&A, Investment and Project finance processes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Be resultsoriented, strategic thinker and planner
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in French and English
