Main Activities and Responsibilities

- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
- Assist in managing and following up of orders
- Responsible for the preparation and process of documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to stores on time

Skills and Requirements

- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Critical and analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Greek and English
- Familiar with time management, budgeting, and operations analysis
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
