WE ARE HIRING A RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently looking for a highly dynamic individual to fill in the position for a full-time Receptionist /Office Administrator in our Clinic.

As an Office Administrator you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the clinic. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities
• Undertake receptionist duties
• Greet patients
• Move patients through appointments as scheduled
• Register patients according to established protocols
• Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
• Maintain and manage patient records
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular patient reports
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
• Answer phone calls and redirect... them when necessary
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Prepare and disseminate daily email and mail correspondence
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Maintain stock (Clinic/office supplies)
• Make travel arrangements
• Complete other clerical duties as assigned
• Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
