Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our rider Rider Forecast & Staffing squad.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy of our rider staffing tools to ensure our fleets have the rider supply based on order demand, while also providing flexibility for riders to optimize their earnings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including... Product designers, engineers, and product analysts to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives in more than 75 markets.
• Create a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for the rider forecast & staffing portfolio, one that aligns with business goals and reflects user needs
• Own the definition and calculation of rider staffing and working metrics (e.g. rider demand, average rider working hours) and be responsible for measuring the impact of everything you implement and launch
• Define and manage the product roadmap for your squad - both rider and manager-facing tools, including web apps focused on getting riders to work easily and intuitively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product strategy that meets business objectives and improves the rider experience
• Conduct research and analyze user feedback to identify key areas for product improvement and optimization
• Work with product designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that deliver a consistent and engaging rider experience across all touchpoints
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in rider staffing & work flexibility, and use that knowledge to inform product decisions
• Identify and prioritize competing requirements from a wide variety of regional stakeholders (APAC, MENA, EU, LATAM), and translate them into milestones and deliverables

Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus in logistics
• High standard for execution; track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products, on web and/or mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and to drive prioritization on initiatives
• Ability to weigh competing priorities, pushback on stakeholders, and evaluate product requests and opportunities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and lead across functional boundaries and across multiple verticals
• Experience with A/B testing and/or other lean testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on-time and within budget

Nice to have:
• In-depth experience in OKR methodologies with squad and tribe structures
• Knowledge of the logistic/last mile industry and/or mobile app development is a plus
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Asana
