Senior Export Sales (Multinational)Position Overview: The Senior Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing CSR team, improving relationships with key customers, and ensuring the successful execution of export shipments. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships in a competitive market environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.Orders processing: Prepare Sales orders for export shipments based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.Order Management: Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to process orders efficiently, monitor shipment status, and resolve any issues to ensure on-time... delivery and customer satisfaction.Export Documentation: Ensure all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations and customer requirements.Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, proactively seeking resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, customer service standards, and product offerings to enhance competitiveness and profitability in the export market.Bring new insights to improve the process of exports shipmentsQualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Master s degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in export or international trade.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP S4/HANAFluency in English, both written and spoken.
