Responsibilities:
• Create and put into action effective sales plans to reach company goals.
• Keep track of and analyze sales performance data to see how well sales plans are working. Make changes as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Build strong relationships with important clients and stakeholders.
• Make and manage the sales budget, using resources well to support sales plans. Watch expenses and make sure cost-effective strategies are used.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing and support teams to match sales efforts with overall business goals and improve customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, what competitors are doing, and market conditions. Use this info to make good decisions and adjust sales plans.
• Show good problem-solving skills to deal with challenges that come up during sales. Find areas to improve and make changes.

Experience Requirements:
• Knowledge in Media Advertising or related field.
• Experience in... Out of Home Advertising would be preferred.
• Willingness to keep learning.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence well.
• Proven ability to lead the sales process from start to finish.
• Great at teaching, coaching, and managing people
