Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) with the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle sales role or BDR team lead. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in BDR/SDR roles, preferably in the cloud or tech industry, and demonstrate a strong understanding of demand generation principles.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Qualify inbound leads and engage with prospects to understand their business needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.

Requirements
• Prior experience in BDR/SDR roles within the cloud or tech industry, preferably with... exposure to demand generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and evolving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with AWS, similar cloud service providers, or tech industry services.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
