Altoros, an established provider of software development services and a Belarus Hi-Tech Park resident, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to work with prospective customers on US&European market.

Job requirements:
• Fluent English, written and oral (Advanced level, C1);
• 3+ years experience in big consulting IT companies is a must;
• Experience in Project Management (complex projects);
• Understanding of software architecture main principles;
• Ramping up teams for complex projects development.

We consider candidates with previous experience as a Presales Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Business development manager etc.

Main responsibilities:
• Active sales;
• Manage and support all phases of new business process;
• Evaluate new business and partnership opportunities;
• Qualify, negotiate and close deals;
• Support and track progress of existing leads, opportunities and partnerships;
• Define the work model for each prospective opportunity/partnership;
• Manage account... relationships;
• Manage and work with internal teams to effectively deliver;
• Make presentations, articulate value proposition;
• Manage deliverables for all projects/opportunities, lead contract negotiations;
• Manage communication between Altoros and prospective customers/partners;
• Develop new plans and strategies.
